Daily Routine

Our daily routine is structured to provide a balance of therapeutic activities, self-care, and leisure pursuits to support clients' overall well-being and recovery journey. A typical daily schedule at Helping Hand Foundation may include:

- Morning Meditation or Mindfulness Practice

- Breakfast and Morning Group Check-In

- Individual or Group Therapy Sessions

- Psychoeducation Workshops or Skill-Building Activities

- Lunch and Leisure Time

- Afternoon Recreation or Wellness Activities

- Family Therapy Sessions (as scheduled)

- Dinner and Evening Reflection

- Evening Group Support Meetings or 12-Step Programs

- Relaxation Activities or Free Time

- Lights Out and Bedtime

Throughout the day, clients are encouraged to actively participate in their treatment activities, engage with peers and staff, practice self-care strategies, and contribute to a supportive and therapeutic community environment.
